Located in New York City, Ryan Serhant has over 4.1 million followers on social media spanning Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook. The real estate influencer is the founder and CEO of Serhant, which brokers luxury properties in New York, South Florida, Long Island, and The Hamptons.

Serhant enjoys showcasing his properties for sale on Instagram and is also a star in the television programs “Million Dollar Listing New York” and “Sell it Like Serhant.” He ventured into the New York real estate market in 2008 and earned just $9,000 in his first year. Today, he writes for Forbes and is the executive vice president and managing director at Nest Seekers International.

Serhant is also the author of two real estate and investment books. While he saw very little success in his first year of real estate, he reached top-tier status after closing on an $8.5 million deal in his second year. Aside from starring in “Million Dollar Listing New York,” he is also the director and producer of the two-time Emmy-nominated show.

Serhant attracts the influence and attention of real estate agents. He also hosts his own Apple podcast, “Big Money Energy,” collaborating with respected real estate moguls Barbara Corcoran and more. He began his own real estate firm, SERHANT, in September 2020, now one of the country’s largest and most active real estate companies.

Barbara Corcoran

While many people know her as one of the stars on TV’s “Shark Tank,” Barbara Corcoran is also an experienced real estate influencer and investor. She’s also an executive producer of the popular show.

Barbara founded the Corcoran Group, which she sold for an impressive $66 million in 2001. Her popularity on Shark Tank is just one thing that makes her such a respected influencer. Frederik Eklund

Frederik Eklund deals exclusively with real estate in New York, Texas, California, and Florida. Josh Altman

One half of The Altman Brothers, Josh Altman is a well-known real estate influencer and investor. He is a top real estate agent in Los Angeles, a speaker, a best-selling author, and stars on the Bravo hit TV show “Million Dollar Listing” alongside Matt and Heather Altman.

Josh decided to pursue a career in real estate after college. He started as a flipper and investor until he ran his own real estate finance company for three years before joining his brother Matt to form The Altman Brothers.
